Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from herkinduk.com. Please read them before you order. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

herkinduk.com is run by HerKindHealth Ltd, trading as HerKind, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17501979), registered office 21 Little Peter Street, Manchester M15 4PS. You can contact us at hello@herkinduk.com.

2. Our products

Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Always read the label and follow the directions on the pack. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
Our products are made for adults. Some products are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for people sensitive to caffeine (for example Snatched, which is high in caffeine); the pack and product page say which. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to your GP or pharmacist before use.
We make every effort to show ingredients, amounts and directions exactly as printed on the pack. If anything on the site differs from the pack, the pack is correct, and please tell us so we can fix it.
Product photos are for illustration; packaging may change slightly.

3. Orders and contract

When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. The contract between us is formed when we email to confirm dispatch.
We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there is an obvious pricing error. If so we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid.
You must be 18 or over to place an order.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Offers and discount codes are subject to the terms stated with them and can't be combined unless we say so.

5. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, you authorise us to take payment and send your order on the schedule you chose, at the subscription price shown when you signed up, until you cancel.
You can skip, change or cancel at any time before your next order date from your account, or by emailing us.
We'll tell you in advance by email of any change to your subscription price, and you can cancel before it applies.

6. Delivery

See our shipping policy for where we deliver, costs and times. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.

7. Cancellations, returns and our guarantee

See our refund policy for your 14-day right to cancel, our 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order, and what to do if an item is damaged or faulty.

8. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for loss caused by using a product other than as directed on the pack.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Using our website

You may use our site for personal shopping. You must not misuse it, copy its content for commercial use, or try to interfere with how it works. Our content, logos and images belong to HerKindHealth Ltd or our licensors.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, email hello@herkinduk.com first and we'll do our best to resolve it.
