Read each label first, and check with your GP or pharmacist if you take medication or have a health condition. Snatched contains caffeine, so don't combine it with other caffeine products such as energy drinks or pre-workouts. Never take more than the recommended amount on each pack.

Snatched is our cutting stack: 15 ingredients in two capsules, including green tea, white kidney bean and caffeine. Balanced is a berberine blend for steady energy, with no added caffeine. How to take each one:

• Snatched: Take 2 capsules daily in the morning with water, before or after breakfast depending on caffeine tolerance. To assess tolerance, take 1 capsule daily for the first 3 days before increasing to the full serving.
• Balanced: Take 1 capsule twice daily with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Yes. Every formula comes in vegan capsules and is free from gluten, GMO, sugar and lactose. The full ingredients, including the capsule, are listed on each product page.

Take them exactly as the pack says. Here are the directions for each formula:

• Snatched: Take 2 capsules daily in the morning with water, before or after breakfast depending on caffeine tolerance. To assess tolerance, take 1 capsule daily for the first 3 days before increasing to the full serving.
• Hush: Take 1 capsule, 30 minutes before a meal or during your highest craving window. For enhanced support, you may take up to 2 capsules daily, spaced out (e.g. morning and late afternoon). Always take with a full glass of water.
• The It-Girl Stack: Take 2 capsules daily with water, preferably with food.
• Peachy Bloom: Take 1 capsule with food and a full glass of water. For optimal results, follow the advice of a qualified healthcare professional. An additional capsule may be taken 30 minutes before activity, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
• Balanced: Take 1 capsule twice daily with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• Flora Harmony: Take 1 capsule daily, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with water. Do not exceed the recommended amount.

Everyone is different, so we won't promise a timeline. Take your formula every day as directed and give it at least a full pouch. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Snatched already contains caffeine, so cut back on coffee, tea, cola and energy drinks on the days you take it. If you're new to caffeine or sensitive to it, start with 1 capsule a day for the first 3 days, as the pack says.

Snatched is the formula with added caffeine. Hush contains green tea extract, which is naturally a source of some caffeine, so if you're sensitive to caffeine, check with your pharmacist first. From the Snatched pack:

• Snatched: Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Contains 100mg caffeine per capsule. High in caffeine: 200mg per serving. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Snatched is not recommended if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, because it is high in caffeine. For every formula: if you're pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive, speak to your GP or midwife before taking any food supplement.
