Refund policy

HerKind is run by HerKindHealth Ltd. We sell food supplements to customers in the UK. This policy explains our money-back guarantee, your legal rights, and what to do if something is wrong with your order.

30-day money-back guarantee on your first order

If your first order with us isn't right for you, email hello@herkinduk.com within 30 days of the day it was delivered and we'll refund you. Tell us your order number and, if you're happy to, what didn't work for you.

The guarantee covers your first order with HerKind (one order per customer and per delivery address).
We refund the price you paid for the products in that order, to your original payment method.
You don't need to send opened pouches back.
We aim to process your refund within 5 working days of agreeing it. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Your right to cancel (orders you haven't opened)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. To cancel, email hello@herkinduk.com with your order number. You then have 14 days to send the goods back, unopened and in their original condition, and we refund you within 14 days of receiving them (including standard delivery to you). You pay the cost of returning them unless they are faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Food supplements are sealed for health and hygiene reasons. Once the seal on a pouch has been broken, the 14-day right to cancel no longer applies to that pouch. Your first order is still covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee above.

Email us before sending anything back and we'll tell you where to send it.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty, missing or not what you ordered, email hello@herkinduk.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subscriptions

You can skip or cancel a subscription at any time before your next order date, from your account or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future orders; it doesn't refund orders already dispatched. Your first subscription order counts as your first order for the money-back guarantee.
