We dispatch every order from the UK.

UK delivery

Every UK order goes by Royal Mail Tracked 48.

£1.99 on orders under £20.
Free on orders of £20 or more.
Free on subscription orders.

When it arrives

Order by 2pm on a weekday and we send it the same day. Orders after 2pm, or at the weekend, go out the next working day.
Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 in 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.

You'll get an email with your Royal Mail tracking link when your order is on its way.

Outside the UK

We also deliver to the EU (£14.99) and to other countries (£23.99). Delivery times vary by country. Any import duties or taxes charged on arrival are paid by the recipient.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are sent on your chosen schedule. You can see, skip or change your next delivery from your account.

Problems with delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery time above, or arrives damaged, email hello@herkinduk.com with your order number and we'll sort it out. See our refund policy for damaged or faulty items.
